Тур в Orchid Vue Hotel 4*

Отель не соответствует заявленным звёздам. Внутри все прокуренно, атмосфера не самая благоприятная. Касаемо завтраков, выбор не большой 3-4 блюда, все с индийским колоритом очень острое. Так же на крыше есть бассейн в котором брезгливо купаться. Вообщем если не хотите испортить отдых выбирайте отель по лучше.

The hotel did not welcome the guest they treat us as if they are allowing us to stay for free... Most important the Philippini lady claire at the reception need to learn how to treat the guest she was very rude. The service was not upto the mark and when we call they say keep on calling and at the time of tds they were not available I said I will give later np they wer so impatient they call me night 11pm for saying tht we hv to pay tds any how now so it's really bad and worst service they should first Learn how to treat thier guest

This is the worst place i have ever stayed. At check in , you will be interrogated by the hotel staff about bringing a second person in the room. Then, the receptionist named Claire is very rude!!! We actually booked for 2 nights in this past EID Holidays but unfortunately we just stayed for 1 night due for some reasons. 1. No pool, their reason is NO Guard because he took leave for EID, we asked to the receptionist of the Hotel and she told that they close because of Dubai Municipality. 2. When i complain to the receptionist named Claire, she shouted at me and telling " i don't want to talk to you because you are angry GO BACK TO YOUR ROOM". Lolssss we are your costumer, we paid already for 2 nights. This receptionist has no manner!! Instead of finding a way for us to stay but she made the situation worst. This HOTEL can't be recommended at all!!!!!!!!!!
