We stayed for 3 nights in a superior double room on the 4th floor in February 2020. The room, overall, was fine. If you’re a light sleeper though, ask for a room that does not face the main street as there’s lots of noise and room noise insulation is very poor. The bathroom door in our room should be fixed as it was leaking water. Every time we took shower, there was a pool of water in the bathroom that we then had to clean up. But apart from that the room was good. There’s buffet breakfast served on the 1st floor and it’s rather basic. If you’re vegan, you might want to eat breakfast in some of the vegan cafes that are nearby or buy fruit/vegetable from the street vendors. As usually in Vietnam, the black coffee for breakfast was great. Then there’s a rooftop pool. The pool is not heated but quite big. Nevertheless, there’s very few loungers due to limited space. So, take it into consideration depending on when in the year you plan to arrive. There’s a gym corner which you cannot really use. The hotel management would do better to remove it as it’s a joke. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and understood English. Sometimes we had to write numbers down for them but overall the communication with them was hassle-free. The hotel WiFi was fast and stable. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and can recommend it to those who look for a good value for money.

Can't complain with this hotel. For a vegetarian, the breakfast was actually nice. It has it's different variation everyday. The room was really nice, bathroom and so on. The staff are nice and helpful. There was only one incident with the language barrier - when I ordered room service with juice, but got a smoothie. Which meant I couldn't have a drink with my meal as I'm lactose intolerance. But, I was in a foreign country I can't get mad at this at all. Great location as well. However, I wouldn't trust the prices on motobikes rent and transportation to tourists sites as the prices are more expensive than what you can get some where else. Would I stay here again? yes, of course. Great value.
