Завтрак был скучным, лифт ждал слишком долго, обслуживание было плохим. Не стоит звезда, не говори 4 звезды

1. The elevator very small and hasn’t air conditioner. Once group check in already, the elevator can’t transit the people as soon as possible. Elevator also so wet and so dirty after people go back from beach. Elevator without air conditioner can’t get rid of wet inside quickly and also smell no good. 2. Lobby always not open air conditioner even many people arrive and wait for check in. I can accept it not opening in evening and night. But it also not opening on daytime. We sit in lobby over 30 mins with “warm air”. Very “ good “ service!! 3. The people work in the check in counter, few of them aren’t suitable for this job. Negative attitude and always be the long face. I think maybe they also feel hot in there then can’t feel comfortable on working. This is the mistake on leaders of Aria hotel. They didn’t care about the feeling of customer. Even the feeling of their employee. 4. We also want to say thanks to those sister who doing the cleaner job. They’re so good and kind to do the job. Give a comfortable room to us. Thank you guys.

Buffet breakfast, could easily find food I enjoyed. Friendly staff, and extremely professional. The room was great, with mini fridge and kettle, and beautiful bathroom.
